Visit A Local Market And Buy A Roasted Chicken

I know this sounds a bit bizarre, but I am recommending this for two reasons: it is an EXPERIENCE to walk among the locals who are buying fresh produce. The displays are beautiful and the selection is varied. Some are small, others, like the one near the Bastille in Paris are quite large.

There are even a few organic markets. The lineups for certain vendors is indicative of the high-quality products that particular vendor provides. Secondly, French roasted chicken with potatoes is such a treat for lunch or dinner. Absolutely delicious. Just try it. Here’s a link to find out more about the markets.
